Mitsubishi HC Capital Malaysia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head to lead the growth and expansion of our commercial financing business.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute business strategies to grow Business Loan, Operating Lease and Equipment Financing portfolios.
- Acquire and manage relationships with SME, Commercial, and Local Corporate customers.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing business teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in banking, leasing or financial services.
- At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in secured Loans and asset-based financing products.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven business leader with extensive experience in asset financing, leasing and banking.
- Strong relationships within SME, Commercial Banking, and Local Corporate segments.
- Relevant experience in Equipment Lease, Rental and Financing business is a significant advantage.
- Experience in vendor financing programmes and strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
